Design Project

Term ~ from 2 months

The design project includes:

  • scale drawings planning
  • solution with furniture layout
  • plans for wall demolition
  • plans for installing new walls
  • floor plans with material legends
  • ceiling plans with HVAC systems and lamp fixtures
  • sanitary system plans
  • lighting layout
  • electrical planning for outlets and switches
  • 3D visualization of all main spaces
  • stereotomy of bathroom walls

Cost estimation

Term ~ 1.5 months

The final estimate includes: 

  • sanitary ware
  • finishing materials: engineered wood, paint, plaster, natural stone, etc.
  • technical and decorative lighting
  • doors, partitions, and accessories
  • outlets and switches, heating appliances (if not included in engineer's estimate)
  • joinery
  • custom pieces: mirrors, glass, artificial and natural stone, metal, etc.
  • custom & purchased furniture
  • appliances
  • textiles: curtains, rugs, blinds, bedding, etc.
  • artwork and decor pieces (subject to client agreement)

Project Supervision

Term ~ 3.5 months

Our supervision includes: 

  • Consultation with project team leader and contractors
  • Regular site visits
  • Ensuring all work complies with the design project
  • Making adjustments and clarifications to drawings
  • Reporting progress with photographs
  • Forming a common information field on the project with access for the client, contractors, and team

Delivery Field

Term ~ 3.5 months (together with supervision)

The delivery field includes: 

  • Consultation with suppliers and manufacturers of individual items for the project
  • Reviewing final working drawings from suppliers and manufacturers for compliance with the design project
  • Collecting all technical information about purchases in the project's general field with access for contractors
  • Visiting showrooms and selecting finish samples
  • Organizing the process of manufacturing individual samples
  • Reselling items, if necessary
  • Overseeing all procurement documents and storing them in the project's field
  • Producing a monthly procurement report for you
